Great value for money and nice room decor. The hotel is located in a lively and trendy area with many dining options available. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection was limited and the space was small. My room had some cleanliness issues with the bathroom not being properly cleaned.

Was not advised that half of the hotel was under contsruction at the time. Upon first entering the room there was a staff matanience man fixing the shower.

I enjoyed the location, I thought the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was nice, although a bit restricted.

There was smoke on the room due a nearby restaurant. Construction sites all around the hotel make it very noisy.

Great location with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. the complementary breakfast was a bonus, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable with excellent wifi access.

Is a nice Hotel, comfortable, good attention, located near by my daughter apartment, and also for my businesse contacts. On my next trip to Buenos Aires I will make reservations at Esplendor Palermo Hollywood. Free Wi Fi

Brekfast Roomm is to small, is not easy to rich the buffete, anyway is not an issue. WI FI is free, but is not possible to get it at your room, to be connected , aneeded to go to front desk and get there the pasword. My colleg had the same problem. Also I could get the emails,nevertheless was impossible to send mails with the same Email.

Great location on Fitz Roy with tons of great restaurants nearby.Very helpful staff and an excellent value for the money! The room we stayed in was only 3 month old (March 2011) and had a huge comfy bed. Very modern interior.

We loved the hotel's location in a vibrant area with many local restaurants and bars. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with one of the biggest beds we've ever seen in a hotel. The Wi-Fi was reasonably fast, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Plus, we appreciated the option of bringing our pets along and the breakfast was a nice touch.

the staff were very helpful. however, it would be nice to have coffee-making facilities in the room. also, more counter space in the bathroom. breakfast was okay but certainly nothing special. placement of coffee and milk pitchers at the back of the buffet was extremely inconvenient,especially when they were full.
